He spent the last 20 years building 3 successful companies focusing on Health Doctor and Hospital Technology, Health Clinical Operations, and Insurance Payment Technologies, all with very successful exit strategies. Today, his portfolio of companies continue to reduce the inefficiencies in the Healthcare and Health Insurance system in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates by providing real-time delivery of care with real-time payments.

Since 2010, Bill has been called on by his community peers to be a public servant and community non profit volunteer. He served on the County Commission and was called "the peoples commissioner".

In 2016, he was a congressional Candidate for Florida's 4th Congressional District.
